Brooks Century 2026



Join us on the Brooks Century on Saturday, May 16th.  This ride is conducted by the
SouthSide Cycling Club to benefit local youth cycling teams and bike projects.

DESCRIPTION:
Your ride will travel on low-speed roads in Fayette County from Brooks, Georgia past historic farms in Woolsey and Inman, North Fayetteville to the Piedmont Fayette Wellness Center in Trilith Village - the home of Trilith Studio. The ride continues through Tyrone and Peachtree City, returning to Brooks.  Both the 37 mile route riders and Century riders after the Trilith Rest Stop will continue onward to finish their ride back at Brooks.

This well-marked ride is fully supported with parking, registration, cue sheets, and three Rest Stops / SAG (Support and Gear) with fresh food & on-site mechanical services sponsored by Atlanta Trek, Pedego Peachtree CitySenoia Bicycle and the Trilith Bike Experience.

Steel Heritage Ride - riders of vintage bicycles are invited to participate.  There will be a special, covered display area to show off the vintage steeds when you return from your ride to socialize, assisted by Peachtree State Classic Cycling.

During the Ride:  Family members are invited to visit the Trilith Village and cheer on their riders. The nearby Town of Brooks Farmers Market will also be open from 9am to 1pm. 

POST RIDE:  After your ride, enjoy a hot lunch onsite which is included in your registration.

6:30am      Ride day on-site registration opens, rider package pick-up
8:00am      Start of Metric Century / Century rides release by ride speed
8:15am     12 / 33 / 37 mile route start time 
9:00am      Latest time for Century rides to start
11:30am    Hot lunch begins
11:30pm    Latest time for 12 / 33 /37 mile routes to start
12:00pm    SAG Stop#2 at Peachtree City closes

1:00pm      SAG Stop#1 at Trilith closes 
2:30pm      SAG Stop#3 at Brooks closes
2:30pm      Hot lunch ends 

REGISTRATION:  
Sign up opens soon at BikeSignup.com.  Only riders who pre-register are guaranteed a post-ride lunch and a SWAG bag for the first 200 registered.

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE early registration discount which will end May 12th. Online registration will continue, including day-of-event on-site registration by electronic payment.  This is a rain or shine event. No event refunds will be permitted.  Event insurance is available.

SWAG:  The first 200 registered ride participants will receive a SWAG Bag (Stuff We All Get) on the day of the ride at the on-site sign-in table.  

VOLUNTEERS:  Volunteers are important to the success of all bicycle events.  If you know of anyone that would like to volunteer for even just a few hours, a group, team or organization, please let us know or use the Brooks Century Volunteer Sign Up. Volunteers who want to also ride are eligible for a special 30 % discount.  Please contact us before paying to sign up to help and receive your special discount coupon.   Volunteer at the Sign Up Genus website..
