SouthSide Cycling Club Membership Form

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS:
Full memberships are for a full year from date of payment of $30 and requires you to create a member account and signing the waiver at this website.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS:
Family memberships requires first a current sponsoring Individual membership paid at $30.

The sponsoring member has the option to add up to three additional family members for $10 each who must be either a spouse or dependent children under the age of 18 who reside in the same household and street address.

Each paid family membership requires each to create a unique account including signing the waiver.
Family memberships are also for a full year from date of payment.

After payment, the Sponsoring Member will be sent an email with the discount code(s) for each paid family member to join and build their member account.
